US ORDERS

 

Shipping & Delivery (U.S. orders)

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed by our warehouse. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will begin processing the next business day. Ship times vary between 3-5 business days. Rush shipping is available upon request for an additional charge. 

  

Returns / Exchanges (U.S. orders)

If you're not completely satisfied with your organizer, rest assured we will gladly accept a return. Returns are only accepted for unused merchandise. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Return shipping ranges from $5 - $11. 

Please note: In order to process your return ToteSavvy must be returned inside the packaging sleeve. The sleeve is similar to a hang tag when purchasing an item of clothing. The packaging (tags) must be attached in order to return your ToteSavvy.

To start your return, simply email returns@lifeinplaycompany.com. You'll be contacted by a customer service representative and given further instructions. Please do not ship back a return without contacting Life in Play first, or your return will not be processed.

Please allow 3-5 business days after merchandise has arrived at our warehouse for your refund to be processed and completed. 

We accept exchanges on all US orders. To initiate an exchange please email returns@lifeinplaycompany.com. Once an order has been exchanged it is not eligible to be returned. 

Our Magenta Love ToteSavvy is not eligible for return. All sales are final with this limited edition color. 

 

ToteSavvy Limited Warranty

At Life in Play, we strive to design and create high-quality products that our customers will love.

Our 12-month limited warranty covers product defects for items purchased through Life in Play’s website or an authorized retailer.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, curving of the structured material, slight discoloration due to everyday use, lost changing mats, accidents, spills, or attempted repairs and alternations.

All items purchased through an unauthorized retailer or a secondhand-seller are not covered under our warranty.

 




INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

Shipping & Delivery (International orders)

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed by our warehouse. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will begin processing the next business day. Ship times vary between 20 - 30 business days. Rush shipping is available upon request for an additional charge. 

Most international orders ship via UPS Priority Mail Innovations. Once a package has left the U.S. the tracking data may not update until it clears customs or is delivered to its destination. In some cases the tracking data may never update. Please be aware that ship times are subject to change due many factors uncontrollable by Life in Play.  

International orders may be subject to additional duties or taxes upon delivery. The customer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes when applicable. 

Many packages are held by the local post office until customs duties are paid. If your package has not been delivered within 15 business days please contact your local post office. Customer agrees to take responsibility for claiming package.

Refunds requested due to delayed packages will only be processed after a package has been delayed more than 35 business days. 

International orders are not eligible for exchange at this time.
