An Easy & Chic Valentine's Day Craft

Valentine's Day Threaded Heart Craft

We love easy crafts, especially those that are kid-friendly and aesthetically pleasing. This easy threaded heart tutorial (found on Real Simple) is perfect for kids and adults. Supervision must be given when using a sewing needle. For younger children we suggest punching larger holes (like with a single hole punch) and forgoing the needle completely.

Our adult version, pictured above, makes a gorgeously simple Valentine's Day card. Each section of threading is anchored to the middle of the heart, giving it starburst effect. For advanced crafters, try using multiple thread colors for an ombre look, or a finer thread with smaller heart-shape in the middle.

Keep your valentines crisp during transport with the flat pocket in our ToteSavvy organizer. There's nothing worse than pulling out a crinkled letter or document after it's been rolling around your purse. ToteSavvy allows you to keep all paperwork and letters flat with it's one-of-a-kind flat pocket.
